Tukuwool DK is spun and dyed in Finland from 100 % Finnish wool. The wool for Tukuwool DK comes from Finnish sheep farms that grow Finnsheep and Finnsheep/Texel breeds. Woolen spun Finnsheep wool is warm and airy, soft and rustic. Tukuwool DK has the same unique characteristics that you fell in love with Tukuwool Fingering.

This lively two-ply yarn is a delight to work with. Tukuwool DK is a genuine workhorse yarn for sweaters and accessories.

The color chart includes heathered deep and vibrant colors that invite you to mix and play. After wet blocking the stitches relax and the fabric softens and evens.

Tukuwool DK is non-superwash treated – wash gently by hand in cold water and lay flat to dry.
May be felted in the washing machine.
